2021 USA National Miss Palmetto State People's Choice
 
The delegate with the most votes will become the new USA National Miss Palmetto State. She will receive the exact same prize package as the USA National Miss South Carolina winners. This winner is responsible for paying her own fees to nationals. This winner must have a minimum of 500 votes to receive the full prize package. UNM South Carolina titles will supersede this title - should this delegate win a South Carolina title, the People’s Choice will pass down to the delegate in second place. Votes are $1 each with a minimum of 5 votes per transaction. Online voting will close at 4pm on January 23, 2021.
